Featuring clusters of craters formed by volcanic eruptions dating back one million years, remarkable Crater Garden is located at Shishan Town south of Qiongshan City about 20 km southeast of Haikou.

The garden's largest crater measures 222.2 m in height and 90 m in depth. Named Ma An Ridge, it marks the highest point of the Qiongbei region and forms the garden's core. Around the ridge are several dozen craters of varying size and depth. Crater Garden also contains a series of volcanic caves for family exploration.
